Canales Furniture now delivers to all of Texas and Oklahoma.

DROP OFF DELIVERY

Starting at $95 

You are required to be home to accept the delivery and a signature is needed. our items will be delivered as long as the delivery team determines area is secure.

The delivery team will unload the items in a safe place outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Once it is dropped off, it's yours!

For apartments and condos with a front desk, your item(s) will be dropped off there. For any apartments or condos that have doors only, your item(s) will be left outside the front door.

If you need to reschedule your delivery, please ensure to contact the local delivery agent directly at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time. Their contact information can be found in the text detailing your delivery date and time window.

The area where the new furniture will be going must be clear for delivery. We cannot remove or rearrange existing furniture.

A person over 18 years old is required to receive the furniture.

*Each floor without elevator access is subject to a $20 fee.*

CAN I CANCEL MY DELIVERY ONCE SCHEDULED?

We begin processing your order 48 hours before your scheduled delivery, if you wish to make any changes or cancellations please call or text us before hand to avoid any fees. 

IS THERE ANY FEE FOR CANCELLING MY DELIVERY?

If you need to cancel your delivery, please note that you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time to avoid any fees. If you cancel your delivery less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, the store will impose a cancellation fee.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY DELIVERY?

To have the best delivery experience possible we highly recommend to have: Someone 18 years or older to receive your furniture, pets put away, and have your space clear ahead of time since our delivery drivers cannot move existing furniture in your home.

CAN I CHOOSE MY DELIVERY TIME?

You can’t select a specific delivery time, but we do offer two different delivery window times: daytime/afternoon and evening. Our daytime deliveries begin at 7am and our evening deliveries begin at 3pm. Some areas outside of our local DFW delivery area are limited to specific days of the week. 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE DFW METROPLEX?

We offer our VIP Delivery & Assembly service all over Texas. If you live outside of our regular local DFW route there is an additional fee. To receive a Delivery quote please text (817)945-6460. 

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF TEXAS?

If you live outside of Texas/Oklahoma and you would like to order an item from our Canales Furniture, it can be shipped by a 3rd party company (such as Freight.com, UPS or FedEx). CAN MY DELIVERY TEAM MOVE ANY EXISTING FURNITURE?

Your area should be clear and ready to receive your new furniture. Our delivery drivers are not able to remove any furniture, windows, or doors. 

 Do you offer installation services for appliances?

Currently, we do not offer installation services for appliances.
